I grew up in California in a musical family and I have played and performed since I can remember.  My musical background is very diverse and I look forward to sharing that experience with you.

  • After college I had an opportunity to move to Vail, Colorado and took time off to ski, guide, travel and expand my horizons.
    • During that time I developed my teaching, training and coaching skills.
      • I taught alpine skiing and completed all of my certifications as a full certified alpine ski instructor and Level 1 alpine ski racing coach for Vail Resorts.
      • I worked on the Vail Ski Patrol and ran all of the medical training and taught First Aid and CPR to many of the supporting departments at Vail Resorts
      • I guided whitewater rafting trips in the summers as a Class V guide and worked with the new guide training programs.
  • Although I never stopped playing music during those years, I returned to music full time in 2000 and have  been performing, accompanying,  writing, recording, directing and teaching music since then.
  • In the Vail area I  had a piano school with 60 private students and worked  with Battle Mountain High School and Eagle Valley High School in their music and  theater programs.
  • I have also been the musical director for Porchlight  Players, a community theater company out of Eagle and the Vail  Valley Theater Company  accompanying over 25 local performances of Broadway musicals.
  • I have performed both as a soloist and in bands and ensembles for many different venues throughout the Vail Valley including the Sonnenalp King’s Club, Splendido, Balata, The Ritz Carlton, Arrabelle’s Tavern on the Square and The Four Seasons.
  • Over the years I've had the wonderful opportunity to play with amazing artists and travel to spectacular places.  I am now living in Sequim, WA located on the Olympic Peninsula.  I am currently teaching piano at Joyful Noise Music Center in Sequim and performing locally.
